large home, close to all attractions

We arrived at King Louie's Palace to relax! And we certainly could until we noticed that the pool and hottub was very cloudy and not working properly. It took 2 days before it was. We did call the management team and he responded efficiently. The pool maintenance service could not arrive until Monday. 2 days without a pool...yahoo. As well, the management team replaced the shower curtains..should of been done before arrival - they were gross. The carpets and the couch in familyroom need to be cleaned as well. We replaced the airfilters as we noticed that they were not working properly: bent on the bottom- we all had sore throats. We bought a new frying pan-- the ones there where rusty. Overall, our experience was good. With a group as large as 16, the house did fullfil our needs. Close to all attractions, stores, and entertainment. We would of liked for the above issues not to of happened, but I guess that's what it is where you rent out a home.I have reccomnended it to a friend for a reunion next year for there large group.
Owner's Response: Thank you Corinne for your comments. The spillover spa was recently added to the amenities of the home and there was some fine tuning of the pool system that needed to be worked out. The management company addressed the issue and it is working properly. The air filters in the house are replaced on a monthly basis. Once the shower curtains and frying pan were brought to the management company’s attention they were replaced with new ones. The couch and carpet in the family room are cleaned regularly but some of the stains are permanent stains that will not come out. Since you have stayed in the house the couches have been replaced with black leather couches. We have also added an air hockey and foosball table in the Game Room. Guest satisfaction is our ultimate priority and we are constantly striving to make the home as enjoyable as possible.
