Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
To reserve The Studio we require a 50% deposit payable by Check or Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted). The remainder of your balance is due at check-in. When we receive your deposit, The Studio will be reserved for you. In the event of an early departure you will be charged for your entire reserved stay.
If you must cancel, please do so at least thirty days in advance. We will return your deposit in full. If you cancel within thirty days of your reservation, we will return half of your deposit. If you cancel one week or less from your reservation, we apologize but we cannot return your deposit unless we are able to rebook The Studio for the same dates.
Arrival and Departure Check In: 3pm-7pm. Please call if arriving outside of these hours. Check Out: 11am.
Housekeeping:
As The Studio is your own private apartment for rent, it differs from a regular hotel room. For stays over two nights you will be provided with a fresh supply of sheets and towels every two days. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Your own daily light housekeeping efforts in our special place will be very greatly appreciated.

The Studio is located in the heart of the beautiful Mad River Valley in Waitsfield, Vermont. Our Valley offers a variety of ways to enjoy recreation and relaxation throughout the year. Vermont is world famous for it’s snow sports, but spring, summer and fall in the Valley are the best kept secrets. Throughout the year the Green Mountains boast scenic views and undiscovered pleasures that are not to be missed. Come visit. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
