Close proximity to all of Chicago’s main attractions. Main features include, Jacuzzi tubs in bathrooms, steam and sauna room, 5 bedrooms; each bedroom has walk-in closets, large dining room that comfortably seats 8-12 for elegant dining and entertaining. Separate eat in kitchen/family room, stainless steel kitchen with granite and cheery cabinetry. Fully loaded media room, 60 inch flat-screen for family down time. In-door bar for entertaining, beautifully landscaped yard with water fountain. An array of flowers line the property, the terrace, and its large porch. Elegance and convenience

Thirteen family members enjoyed a comfortable Chicago reunion at this lovely townhouse in August 2008. The proximity to public transportation and a wealth of activities was ideal, but we would have been happy to leave more time for resting on the veranda swing or watching sunset over the city skyline from the roof top garden. The FLOWERS added so much color and beauty - blooming abundantly outdoors as well as cut flowers indoors. Parking at the house was no problem, so we left our cars and walked two blocks to catch the bus to the metro. Some of our group walked to the White Sox game and had a splendid time one afternoon. We enjoyed the family room as dinner was prepared, also using the grill, wireless internet, and all the inflatable mattresses. Any questions were quickly addressed - the owner was in close touch by email and the caretakers were very responsive. I never imagined we would find such comfort for rent in Chicago, the house exceeded our expectations.
Concerning general sightseeing -- the wonderful Brookfield Zoo was worth twice the admission, the Sears Tower allowed us to see some air show stunts from a new perspective, the Shedd Aquarium was spectacular, and we enjoyed the Art Museum on a free Friday evening. We needed more time for everything. And we didn't even have time for shopping! Chicago, we'll be back soon.

AMAZING HOUSE!!

The house was absolutely beautiful...not too mention HUGE! Three stories + finished basement provided plenty of space. They say it sleeps 15, and it did! WIth 4 inflatable queen size air mattresses, it slept 15 people comfortably. The entire 3rd floor is devoted to the master bedroom, bathroom, and beautiful rooftop terrace. Simply amazing. I will definitely be back!!
