Complex has a tennis court, basketball hoops and outdoor pool. Sleeps 7. Two queen beds, 1 single convertible bed, plus a pull out full size sofa in living room. Great location, 5 minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach area. While a remote tropical isle may be the ultimate escape, you need only head to the north easternmost tip of Florida for an unspoiled, unpretentious refuge. Framed by 40-foot dunes, Fernandina and Amelia Island's white sand beaches are remarkably uncrowded year round, in contrast to their more southerly counterparts. You'll also find plenty of fishing—on the island and offshore—bird watching, and horseback riding, and about 120 holes of that famous Sunshine State golf. Sample 1860s military life at Fort Clinch State Park.

The Local Greats: This comfortable townhome is also just three blocks from Main Beach with a lifeguard on duty, a skate park, miniature golf, public gazebos, and beach volleyball. The beach is perfect for fishing, digging for crabs, sharks teeth, or even diving for sand dollars. Fort Clinch Park is great for walking, running, biking, and all your favorite outdoor activities. Perfect for group outings and a 'close to nature' way to spend the day. Also, right down the road (about a quarter of a mile away), is Egan's Creek Greenway. Here, roseate spoonbills, egrets, and herons co-exist with you along a paved biking/running/walking path. Don't forget bugspray and sunscreen!

The condo was immaculate and extremely close to the beach. Adela was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating! We were a family of five and fit very comfortably. The location is ideal. I was able to walk to the beach each morning and have my coffee. We also drove to historic Fernandina each day and it took less than five minutes. Can't wait to go back!
Owner's Response: I hope that everyone that stays at my condo feels comfortable and it is truly your home away from home. The short walk to the beach is always nice and convenient.

Wonderful Spot to Stay

We were so excited as we got close to the condo because we could see the beach just two very short blocks away! The furnishings were nice and comfortable. The condo was very clean. On hand were the extras that we didn't want to purchase for just one trip. There were two beach chairs to take to the beach, a grill, a small kickboard to ride the waves with, an iron and ironing board, and many other nice amenities. The owner was very amiable and helpful. Right around the corner was Fort Clinch State Park. We used the tennis court which was right beside the swimming pool. The drive to beautiful downtown Historic Fernandina Beach was short. We would definitely recommend this condo to a friend and hope to return ourselves in the future.
