Great get away with the family: Unit is spacious for guest up to 8 PP. Newly renovated bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Beach is warm, safe, not crowed ,very clean, monitored by community patrol. No need to cross street to get to the beach. Sand dunes and indoor pool come between you and the beach! Outdoor showers and grill for our convenience. Whales often seen from a short distance. Many family friendly activities are of walking distance. Fox and rare birds seen in nearby vicinity. Great sunsets!

Clean and family friendly: Condo is newly renovated and in great condition. Comfortable and clean furniture. Bathrooms freshly painted. Beautiful hardwood floors. Very family friendly. very spacious!

Area restaurants, museum, fishing dock: Variety of restaurants right on the island, Great museum for the family. A scenic fishing pier nearby.

Neat and Clean close to the ocean. Family friendly surroundings with a nice pool. Would not hesitate renting this property again. No hassle check in had the keys and car passes in less than five minutes. The owner was very respondent to every question.

Great place to stay!!

We've stayed at this condo a couple times already. It's a very spacious condo- lots of room for our family of four. Two big "living rooms" for the kids to play.
Owners are very kind and able to accomodate our schedules.
Highly recommended to beach lovers!

Great, Stress Free time

We had a terrific 5 night stay at this condo which is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach with the pool even closer - no crossing the street, right on the beach without a view. We appreciate the owner's willingness to accomodate our schedule. We had 2 teenage boys with us and it was perfect for them, we all enjoyed the pool. The accomodations are comfortable with adequately stocked kitchen so we did our traditional shrimp boil using fresh local shrimp. There is plenty of privacy in the master bedroom - each room has it's own bathroom. The condo is roomy enough that it would be comfortable to have someone sleeping on the pull out couch. I would give the condo a B plus for cleanliness - there are some marks on the walls and stains on the carpet but otherwise very clean and nice - hard to keep things perfect at the beach. You do have to pass through a gaurded gate in this part of Ocean Isle which gives some extra peace of mind. We always go eat in Calabash for one night and the Giggling Mackeral right on Ocean Isle was very good - there is a fun waiting area where you can watch the boats going by and RELAX. We had a good 5 mile bike ride every morning when it was cool and fairly quiet.
