House Description- 1st floor:
The 1st floor is open and has large glass windows and doors that bring in the surrounding views and natural light. The house has many custom features including the well equipped kitchen with solid granite counters and vaulted ceilings. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The kitchen opens to the dining room and has nice water views and comfortable seating for 6. The dining room opens to the living room which has an entertainment system and beautiful views out to the deck & bay. The 1st floor also has 2 bedrooms with comfy queen beds and a custom seaglass and tile full bath complete with deep tub & shower. There are bamboo floors with radiant heat throughout the house which provides warmth to a cool evening.

The 2nd floor, 3rd bedroom master suite has a queen bed and a private balcony with wonderful views of the yard and bay. The full bath has a luxurious custom large marble shower and a jetted whirlpool tub which is roomy for 2. Sit out on the balcony or deck with a cup of your favorite beverage and email friends with convenient wireless internet service while taking in the fresh Maine air & breathtaking views.
