Step back in time and enjoy the warm and inviting ambiance in this true to it's period Four Square with all the original details, fire place, beautiful furniture and lovely yard along a stream. You can walk to restaurants and entertainment, drive under 5 minutes to Pine Hill Lake Beach in the summer and in the winter reach the slopes of Belleayre as fast. House is two hours from NYC in the charming village of Fleischmanns. It has beautiful wood trim and wood floors throughout. Sit back and relax by the stream in the warm weather or kick your boots off after a long day of skiing and relax by the fireplace. House comes with a washer and dryer, local phone service, and cable TV. Internet access is available if needed.Please inquire about dogs .The house is located right down the block from the village pool and beautiful park.

House is located in the historic village of Fleischmanns in Delaware Cty, NY. It is two miles from Belleayre Mountain which holds music festivals in the summer and great skiing in the winter. It sits on a well stock stream-great for fishing out your window. 4Hanah Golf Course is 5 miles away. Water tubing and horse back riding is nearby as well. House is 15 minutes from Plattekill Mtn and 45 minutes away from Hunter and Windham. It sits right in the heart of Catskill Park for some incrediable hiking.

Notes: Off the kitchen there is a mudroom which can also be accessed from the outside. This is where skis, boots and coats can be stored. It is heated and also is where the washer and dryer are located for extra convenience. There is also closet space in there with cabinets above the washer and dryer.

Snow removal and landscaping are provided by the landlord. Garbage removal is supplied by the landlord as well. Basic cable/satellite tv, local phone service are supplied by the landlord. Premium cable/satellite, internet access fees are the responsibility of the tenant. I have a verizon cellphone which works in this house.

Entertainment: This Is A Great Fishing House - You Do Not Even Have To Leave The Property There are great concert at Belleayre Mountain every weekend. Old Fashion Baseball is played in the park which is walking distance from the house
