Stroll to the beach, sunbathe in your private yard, prepare a gourmet meal, or have a backyard barbecue with all the privacy and convenience you desire while you're enjoying your Florida beach vacation!
Location, Location, Location!: In the center of everything this home is 6 miles to the Hard Rock Casino Complex, 3 miles to Gulfstream Park Horse Track, 5 miles to the Galleria Mall, less than one mile to the Diplomat Country Club Spa and golf course, 2 blocks to downtown Hollywood nightlife, and 6 miles to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd. It's 15 blocks to the beach, which means you're close enough to walk or bike, yet nestled in a safe community with plenty of parking, privacy, and clean, quiet streets at night. And don't forget Southbeach, just a short drive away!
Golf: The area is green with golf! Diplomat Country Club is just over one mile away. Hollywood Country Club and Public course is 7 blocks. Doral is approximately 20 miles. There are many various local courses within 10 miles. Mapquest now has a golf finder function on their site. Simply plug in the address and, it's tee time!
