Just as stated in the listing, the house is 1 block away from the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and conveniently located on the Boulevard. We had a party of 4 and never felt crowded or cramped, as the house is surprisingly spacious. We even rented bicycles from Summer Bikes Rental, located exactly 6 houses south from the house (on the corner of Porter and Boulevard). Mike and Corrin were always available to answer questions leading up to our rental week. I would definitely recommend this rental for families or a girls vacation!
