With the start of your new day, you may choose to work out in our well-equipped home gym or breath the fresh morning air while hiking the nearby mountain trail. You may fill your days from a menu of outdoor activities or choose to relax at home by the pool. Our home is yours year around! This is our personal second home. Unlike many other homes that are one of ten listings for an investor, we have cared for it and maintained it with great attention to detail.

Our home is approximately 3800sf (350 square meter) and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is all on a single level and is handicap accessible. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults. One of the bedrooms is currently equipped as a gym, but with an available inflatable mattress, it can also accommodate two additional adults or children. Every bedroom has a private full bathroom. If you are familiar with the area, this home is located adjacent to the most prestigious and exclusive address in the desert...Clancy Lane. It is also walking distance from The River Entertainment complex with outdoor restaurants, shopping and theater.

We enjoyed 9 superb days at this beautiful home. The house was immaculate with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel....except with loads of space and privacy. Great location and loved the pool. Very helpful welcoming hosts. Will definitely be back here.

We stayed at Armen and Emily's home for a month in December 2008. It was spacious, well appointed and had all the amenities, including a movie room. It is exceptionally well located in Rancho Mirage, quiet, and with beatiful mountain views. Armen is responsive and professional. I look forward to staying here again!

The house was perfect for our week-long Thanksgiving holiday. It is an extremely spacious house with many amenities. The kitchen is so well equipped we were able to prepare a very elaborate Thanksgiving dinner. The backyard is beautiful and very serene. All of my family loved the house and decided a return visit is a MUST. Armen was a pleasure to work with--very accomodating.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the pool and the patio often. The master bedroom and bath is bigger than my first apartment! Armen was easy to work with and his property manager is first class.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the month of March. The location was ideal - within a mile of the River and Whitewater Park. Enjoyed the pool, spa and backyard. Watched movies on the big screen, barbqs on the kirkland gas grill, great meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Armen was very easy to work with and extremely communicative throughout.
