Shopping, Groceries, restaurants, theaters are under 10 min. away. You can also go down to the public beach just 5 minutes from the house at about 12:30 pm when the fisherman come in, you can buy fish at incredible prices. they will cut and clean it. You can then go to Coco's restaurant across the street and they will cook it for you. Or of course you can take it home for that fresh catch of the day BBQ. There is truly no other town like this on the island.

There are several restaurants just a walk down the beach. World class golf resorts, Sport Fishing, Camuy Caves, Scuba, Horse back riding, and Hiking the El Yunque Rain Forest are all a short drive.
