1850 home abuts historic district on private lane w/off-street parking (4 car max). Walk .2 miles to harbor beach and .4 miles to town center. Arrive via ferry w/easy walk to house or drive and park your car for the week. Walk or bike to all – grocery, liquor & fish markets, shops & cafes, galleries & theater, tennis, whale watches & deep-sea fishing, busy harbor or quiet National Seashore dunes. Bike/kayak rentals & local shuttle nearby. Families walk to playground, skateboard park or Pilgrim Monument. Large, private yard has picnic table, chairs & gas grill. Cheerful kitchen has everything for meal prep and new appliances including coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & blender. 3 bedrooms have king-size, double and twin beds. Central upstairs sitting room w/twin bed. Separate dining and living rooms include antiques, local art, upholstered wicker couches and chairs. Laundry room w/washer/dryer, iron/board & outdoor laundry line. Linens included, pets considered, no smoking.
