This charming cottage house is located 100 feet from the beach. The Ocean is literally just steps away.Get to the beach without crossing any streets. It sleeps 4 people. No more than 4 people are allowed. We keep it very clean and this unit comes with air conditioning, cable TV, 1 private parking space and a small fully equipped kitchen. It also comes with an outside furnished patio. Rents weekly. Families, seniors, high school graduates and college groups welcome. Need to rent a house in Ocean City? Give us a call. We are now taking reservations for August and September. Photos available upon request.

Rental Rates for this vacation cottage rental in Ocean City, Maryland

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Please inquire for rates.
  • Prior to mid September we only rent full weeks.
    August 31- September 7 is normally $650 but it's been drastically reduced! Call for rates! (Labor Day holiday)
    Sept. 14- Sept. 21 is $500 plus tax
    After Sept. 14 nightly rates are available at $75 per night plus tax


    2009 rates- Get $50 off the below rates if you book before Sept. 30th, 2008:
    May 17-May 24, 2009 $450 plus tax
    May 24- May 31, 2009 $700 plus tax
    August 23- August 30, 2008 $800 plus tax
    August 30-Sept. 6, 2009 Call for rates
