This charming cottage house is located 100 feet from the beach. The Ocean is literally just steps away.Get to the beach without crossing any streets. It sleeps 4 people. A fifth person will cost extra. No more than 5 people are allowed. We keep it very clean and this unit comes with air conditioning, cable TV, 1 private parking space and a small fully equipped kitchen. Full size fridge and stove, pots, pans, dishes, flatware all included. It also comes with an outside furnished patio. Great place 2 boardwalk people watch. Rents weekly. Families, seniors, high school graduates and college groups welcome. Need to rent a house in Ocean City? Give us a call. Photos available upon request.

  • May weekends $75 per night.
    May weeks $450 per week from May 1- May 24
    Add a weekday night to the purchase of any May weekend for only $39 extra
    July 26- August 2 $990 plus tax
    August 30- Sept. 6 $650 plus tax
    Sept. 6 - Sept. 13 $500 plus tax
    Prior to mid September we only rent full weeks.
    After Sept. 14 nightly rates are available at $75 per night plus tax


    2010 rates- Get $50 off the below rates if you book before Jan. 30th, 2010:

    May 24- May 31, 2009
    August 30-Sept. 6, 2009
  • Early May:
    pick one week day with purchase of any weekend: Monday, Tues., Wednesday, Thursday: $39 per night
    Friday, sat., Sun. $75 per night
    Prices go up after May 24, 2009.
