This rustic charmer was a lookout spot for boats & submarines during World War 2. Cozy furnishings, fireplace. Windows overlooking the sand and waves. Have a picnic on any one of three decks, main deck being 100' X 40'. Hot tub overlooking the ocean with windproof glass! Adding the submarine gives you 2 more bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, and a kitchen (Anchor and Submarnine are inaccessible to each other from inside the home). Completely furnished with linens and towels, as well as a starter kit of paper products. This house is perched in front of the Nelscott wave. Fabulous view of the surfers. 90 steps down to beach. No worries, there are resting benches! You might also see a whale or two cruising by! 1 bedroom in the Anchor is a Loft.
