You are steps from the best beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife. Situated between Condado/Ocean Park and Isla Verde, you are where its at. If you do not require a 5 Star hotel that looks the same as all the others, then try us. You are walking distance to the beaches of those same hotels, but for much less money. And we provide completely furnished studios and up to 3 bedroom apartments, down to a complete kitchen for much less than the price of a hotel. Wireless internet, cable television, IPOD stereo dock, and washer/dryer on site for your convenience. I would like to provide you with any information you need to make an informed decision, and whether you choose Coqui del Mar or another hotel, I would be glad to answer questions to ensure a memorable stay.

Located steps from the best Kite surfing and tourist beaches. We are between Ocean Park, Condado area and Isla Verde in a more private area called 'Punta las Marias'. It is close to shopping, restaurants, bus stops, and steps to the beach. There is a public running track and tennis courts within 1 block of the property. The C-53 and A-5 tourist bus is 2 blocks away and takes you to Isla Verde, Condado, and Old San Juan. You are minutes to the San Juan International Airport (SJU), 1/2 block to the beach, 2 blocks to the tourist bus, and numerous restaurants are located within a 15 minute walk. Ocean Park budget beach vacation with many unexpected amenities. We provide free bicycle rentals, boogie boards, (limited number for check out), beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, even an Entertainment discount book with may 2 for 1 offers. You can arrange with a tour company to pick you up at Coqui Del Mar to go to El Yunque or many other tours. And car rental agencies will do free pick up.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require full payment, minus $100 dollars, paid upfront. The $100 is paid at arrival.
  • I will provide you the link to pay online for your deposit. Cancellation policy: You may cancel 30 days prior with a 10% admin fee. If you cancel less than 30 days from reservation, we will provide a future travel date during the same season to you, but no refund. However, if we are able to rent the dates of your reservation, we will return all money minus the 10% admin fee. A $150 security deposit is paid upon arrival, and the $100 remaining room rental fee is also required. The security deposit is refunded upon checkout, provided there are no damages. If additional maid service is requested during your stay, let the on site manager know. Daily maid service is an extra charge.
  • All rates include all taxes and all other fees. There are no hidden fees. We also offer short or long term corporate rentals, furnished or unfurnished. Contact me to discuss rates.

  • Each unit is equipped with at least one hairdryer. Soap and shampoo are provided. We are eco friendly and have low flow toilets, solar hot water (powered by the warm Puerto Rico sunshine), and we use a rain water cistern for our outside watering needs.

Bring your laptop to use the wireless internet, or go to a close by internet cafe. Free basic cable included. Units are equipped with Window Air Conditioning Units and screens. There is a free washer/dryer on site for your convenience (Just see the on site manager). Maid service is provided prior to check in. If additional maid service is needed, this can be arranged for a fee through the on site manager. We have other units available that sleep from 1-6 persons. We pride ourselves on our high quality mattresses and quality bedding for your good nights rest. It would be hard to find a better apartment rental in San Juan Puerto Rico at this price and condition. We are an eco-friendly guest house and utilize only the warm Puerto Rico sunshine for our solar hot water, ceiling fans and rain cistern

We had a fantastic time! The location is great, a 2-minute walk to the beach, in a residential area, super quiet and we felt very safe. The managers were awesome, answering all of our questions and giving us tips for restaurants, cab number, etc.

We did not need to bring anything, towels, iron, coffee maker...we even did not need to worry about going out to get a bottle of wine, water or sodas, they thought about everything.

Oh yeah, and it's only a ten-minute cab ride from the airport!

Satyed in the La Concha unit for 5 nights with my girlfriend - room was clean good size plus a kitchen - right next to the beach - bus stop nearby brought us to old san juan - Noyda and Neil are great people that are willing to help you with anything you need - overall great stay - will be telling family and friends to stay there - will be returning - cant beat the value

Coqui Del Mar was a great place to stay. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean and well kept. The patio area outside is great for relaxing at the end of the day.

The location is super. It was close to the beach and the airport and getting on the highways to get out of San Juan was very easy as well.
I'd recommend this location to anyone!
