Enter the apartment from the side entrance to this old Victorian home. Find a glass-covered passageway where you can store your suitcases and enter to a small entryway.

Straight ahead is the sunny living room which overlooks the award-winning front garden from two large windows. Decorated in pale creams combining antiques with modern furniture, find a comfortable and welcoming home. The apartment measures approximately 640 square feet and is a study in efficiency and comfort!

The comfortable sofa faces a decorative Victorian fireplace with two armchairs facing it. The sofa is new and was made for us in Italy. It converts to two single beds at night, a handy option for adults and families. It measures six feet long, handy for taking naps on sunny afternoons.

On the right side of the living room is an old French table that seats four. The kitchen is around the corner.

Find a flat screen TV above the fireplace, with multi standard DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies…or choose from our selection. A stereo with CD player is in the bookshelves. Flanking the fireplace are two antique-style tables from France, perfect for setting up your computer and checking emails. There is freee high speed wireless internet.

Walk thru to the fully-equipped open kitchen. The birch cabinets are highlighted by pretty granite countertops in gray and pale pink. There is every appliance and convenience you might need: frig/freezer, combination microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, espresso maker, pretty Italian pottery dishes and serving dishes. Contrasting with the granite countertops is the raspberry red backsplash, setting off the soft color of the cabinets.

The bathroom is next on the right. Tiled in pale beige, it features a long step-in shower with rainwater showerhead, sink and toilet, all tiled in pale beige. The bathroom can be accessed separately from bedroom or living room, a handy feature. We've thought of everything including nightlights in the hallway and bathroom so you can get up at night and not wake anyone.

Continue down the corridor to the large bedroom, decorated in blues and yellows, with a dual king bed that can be made into twin beds if you prefer. There are 3 closets, excellent light and in one of the large closets you’ll find the Miele washer and separate dryer.

We’ve installed a separate flat screen TV and multi standard DVD player so you can relax and watch TV from the bedroom. There is a beautiful antique daybed sits at the end of the bed for reading or relaxation during your stay.

The piece de resistance is next: find a set of french doors leading directly to the paved Italian-style patio garden. Guests love to sit out and enjoy relaxing here, or dining al fresco. It's difficult to describe all of the features of our apartment here, but feel free to go to our website to see more pictures. Straight ahead is a small glass conservatory for the exclusive use of our guests. Featuring charming red-checked cushions, you'll love spending time here to relax, have afternoon tea or cocktails at the end of a long day. The room is heated so you can enjoy it all year long.

The apartment location is arguably one of the best in London, near the famous ‘museum row’, near to Kensington Palace, antique shops and more. Surrounded by cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. The tube is 5 short blocks with direct access to the Theatre District, St. Paul's, Tower Bridge, King's Road, Westminster Palace, the River, Knightsbridge, and most areas of central London. This is a very safe neighborhood, home to several well-known actors including Dustin Hoffman, to Lords and Ladies and even the American Minister, Number 2 to the US Ambassador!
