Charming Hawaiian style ground floor unit at The Palms at Wailea, deluxe garden view with huge patio, very spacious with nice appointments, freshly remodeled kitchen and baths, private and quiet. Walking distance to the beach and just steps from the pool. Handicapped accessible and perfect for families with kids. Master bedroom opens on to patio. Second bedroom with twin beds converts to king bed. Our unit features wide screen television, cable TV, DVD, WiFi, propane barbeque. Washer and dryer in unit.

Near the Wailea Championship golf courses: You are entitled as a guest to a discount at the 3 Wailea Championship golf courses

Walking Distance to the beach: Just a short walk to Keawakapu Beach, great for snorkeling and swimming

Well located: A nice walk to the Shops at Wailea or the town of Kehei
