The bungalow is newly renovated and fully air-conditioned. It is fully furnished and equipped with a lounge, a dining room, 2 twin bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are 2 patios at the front and the rear of the house as well as a garden and a BBQ. The property is ideal for families with young children as it is all on one level with plenty of space inside and out. We also provide baby equipment on request (high chairs, cot, etc.)

Nearest Ferry: Rafina at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Pallini at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200 Metres
Car: not necessary
The bungalow is situated in Loutsa which is the closest beach town to Athens. It is on the East Coast just South from Rafina port. It is a town where Athenians come to escape the heat of the capital city during summer. But it is not a holiday resort.

As the house is all on one level, without balconies or steps, it is particularly suitable and safe for young children. We also provide baby equipment (high chair, pushchair, cots, etc.) if required and at no extra charge. In addition to the 2 twin bedrooms, there are 2 sofa beds in the living room and both bedrooms can comfortably accommodate an extra fold out bed (available). The beach is within 10 minutes walk.
