Vilano Beach Vacation Rental house

We arrived at the property after a long 8 hour drive. What we expected to find was the property in the condition it was shown in the pictures. We walked in the house and immediatly smelled mold.
Upon further looking we discovered the air conditioner did not work, the linens were stained & smelly, the carpets were filthy black and so dirty we would not not take off our shoes, the ceiling fans were covered in about a half inch thick dust and the bar stool furniture was so stained it was not funny. All this and not to mention the exposed electrical outlest hanging out of the walls and the rusy broken nailes on the porch.

This place was NOTHING as described. We immediatly called the owner who sent his agent to meet us instead of him. After demanding he show up he finally arrived. We explained our problems with the home & he agreed to let his agent find us another property and refund our money. We followed the agent to her office & by the time we got there, the owner who was no where to be found had called the agent telling her he was not refunding any of our money.

We then had to pay for another last minute rental property. This owner cost us thousands of dollars and at this point he has not refunded any of our money. I was smart enough to take pictures of the uninhabital home before we left.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
