This is a wonderful sized home with a list of amenities provided for YOU! In a convenient location with paved roads and driveway, your very own hot tub and game room. Not a luxury lodge nor a rustic cabin, you could describe this house somewhere in between with all the comforts of home and a few extras. Once here, the gated front porch will greet you every time you pull up. Once inside, you will notice the new living room furniture and dining room. Continue into the kitchen to the back door and you will see the hot tub. Very convenient. he master bedroom and bath are on the main floor along with a half bath and washer and dryer. Continue upstairs to 2 add'l bedrooms and shared bath. In the basement, you will find the gameroom and den with a fold out sleeper sofa, TV, dresser and closet. A great place to hang out,or for another couple.

Just 10 to 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, video/movie rentals, movie theatres, bowling and the N. GA Premium Outlet Mall . You may have a trip to Dahlonega in your plan, just 30 minutes. Ellijay.. 1 hour. Blue Ridge... 1 hr. 15 minutes. A beautiful drive from here. You will be just 2 minutes to Keith Bridge Park with paved walking trails, boat launch, picnicking and a great place to go fishing.

  • The master bathroom is very nice. With a double vanity, there is plenty of room and ample space for all your toiletries. There is also a separate shower, and deep soaking tub for a nice relaxing bath. It is very well lit, or tone it down some and light some candles. The upstairs bath also has a large vanity and plenty of room for toiletries. No tiny bathrooms and bedrooms here!!

  • The master bedroom, conveniently located on the main floor, has a large walk in closet. It also has a 27 inch TV with cable, VCR and a stereo with CD player. We added a dimmer switch for quiet, relaxing moments and a Homemedics 'Sounds of Nature' console. Very relaxing listening to waterfalls, summer rains and ocean waves. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs,both are very roomy and kid friendly with plenty of closet space and a shared full bathroom. There are plenty on linens, blankets, pillows to accommodate the appropriate number of guests.

Quiet getaway, great place to relax: You will find the house sparkling clean and roomy and ready for you to enjoy. It truly is a REAL TREAT to getaway for awhile in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. You will find much to do right here at the house, with a Foosball table, pool table, ping pong, air hockey. The hot tub right outside the back door. There is also boardgames, chess, playing cards, books and magazines for all ages. Bring your video game console for easy connection in the den. A great place to give your kids their own space. Please make yourselves at home.

Convenient to day trips in all directions....: This location is convenient to Gainesville, 15 minutes. Dawsonville, 10 minutes where you will find the N Ga Premium Outlet Mall. Cumming, 15 minutes. GA 400 exit 17, 10 minutes. Dahlonega, 30 minutes, Ellijay 1 hour, Blue Ridge 1 hour 15 minutes. Buford and The Mall of GA, 30 minutes. Avenues at Forsyth 30 minutes. Lake Lanier Islands, 30 minutes, Six Flags, 45 minutes. All kinds of shopping, bowling, theaters 10 - 30 minutes.

Quiet Setting: After a day of adventure, you will find our home very quiet and relaxing. Located in a very quiet area, there is very little traffic. Relax in the deep tub in the master bath. The master bedroom is furnished with dimmer lights to set the mood, and 'Sounds of Nature' console in the master bedroom. Listen to waterfalls, ocean waves or spring rains to help you wind down. Bring your pet! Dogs, birds, gerbils, but no cats, please. Come to North Ga to have some fun and relax.

Other Activities: 2 Minute drive to the lake in one direction, 15 minute walk the other direction.

Perfect home for a relaxing vacation

This was a very nice and spacious home. It was an excellent value for the money. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The homeowners were great to do business with. Roxanne has a vacation guide with area attractions and menus for local restaurants which we found useful and we actually added some handouts from area attractions we visited during our visit. The area has a lot to offer and we enjoyed our stay greatly. We also visited during the leaves changing in the fall which enhanced the beauty of the area. I especially appreciate that the home was pet friendly. We were able to bring our dogs with us!!!! I would definitely recommend this home for families or couples looking for a comfortable, relaxing and clean vacation home.

We were very comfortable in this cottage very close to the race track and lake as well as stores we will probably want to stay again each time we are in the area.

My family loved this place! Very clean and tidy with a cozy feel. The home is well stocked from the kitchen to plenty of towels. The hot tub was great after a day of exploring in Northern GA. Quiet neighborhood.

Roxanne was wonderful and kind. Communication was great and she was helpful to us with her suggestions of places to explore, etc. We travel alot and definately would recommend this home, as well as planning on renting again, if we return to the area. Thanks Roxanne for everything!

Nov ' 08 What a wonderful week we spent at this home located right next to Lake Lanier. Access to Gainesville, Helen and Atlanta made our travels very easy. Quiet and peacful would be the best way to describe our stay. Having our pet also was a big plus. We'll be back.

I rented this house for a family and friends getaway, and I must say, it really is worth every penny. Very clean and plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. The hot tub was great, as well as the newly added wireless internet, as I need to stay in touch while away from the office. The owners were very hospitable with directions and meeting our needs. An easy transaction too. The pictures are very accurate as far as description and amenitites. And, the new livingroom furniture is very comfortable. A definite A+. We will be staying again.
