Stroll on the beach, just 3 block away, or take an early morning bike ride on the boardwalk before heading out for a day of San Diego sightseeing. Most tourist destinations such as Sea World, the Zoo and Balboa Park, Belmont Park and 'The Wave,' the GasLamp District, The Embarcadero and Maritime museums, SeaPort Village, Point Loma, La Jolla and Old Town, golfing, kayaking, birdwatching, are all within 3-8 miles. Law Street is a quiet residential street that ends in a green park which overlooks the wide white-sand beach below. It's a very popular location for surfing. There is a ramp for access to the beach and restrooms in the park area. It is about 6 blocks North of the main street of Pacific Beach which has a variety of seafood, sushi and ethnic restaurants, bars and nightclubs. It's just three miles from La Jolla and about 7-8 miles to the downtown GasLamp area and the Zoo. Two miles from SeaWorld and three miles from Old Town.

    We will take two night weekend stays only at the last minute but a reduced cleaning/laundry fee still applies.

    Credit card number accepted in lieu of $500 security deposit (like renting a car).
  • Cancellation policy- Reservation deposit minus a $50 handling fee refundable up to 30 days prior to your check-in. Within 30 days we will refund what we can rebook and we are quit good at that.

Quiet Upscale Residential Neighborhood: Unlike Mission Beach and around Garnet and the Crystal Pier area, this is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. We do not rent to people who want to party, drink and disturb others. This is a family place. Starting Jan 1, 2008 there is no alcoholic beverages allowed on any San Diego beaches or city parks. Also, starting Jan 1, 2008, tenants and owners can be fined up to $1000 for disturbing the peace.

Our family rented this house for our first vacation to San Diego, and we could not have had a better experience. The house is beautiful, and is exactly as described online. The neighborhood is VERY quiet, close to the beach, close to shopping, close to dining, very well located. The house was clean, and sufficiently furnished. The light in the dining area, and in the master bath did not work, and we called on our first day and asked for those to be repaired, and they were not, but this is the only complaint that we had. Would recommend bringing throws as it is cool in the evening while on the couch if you are used to a warmer climate.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Oh my goodness we just got back the day before yesterday, and after staying there for 5 days, we want to BUY the house LOL! It was wonderful, and yes, it DID have headache tablets which I needed to take (Thanks to 3 EXCITED to be in San Diego children). The house was spotless, and I'm very very picky! It is literally a block from the beach. We cooked every morning and night. Superb! The kitchen had EVERYTHING and more that you would need. The internet connection actually worked! The shops (Henry's Trader Joes, some sushi place etc) are VERY close. The street is quiet, and the neighbors are courteous. In the mornings I loved seeing the parents walk buy with their beautiful children to take them to swimming lessons two doors down. The house is always cool, and has central Heating (if needed). We are so in love with this rental and I know you will be too! Thank you!!!!

We stayed at 1030 Law Street, and it was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, it was comfortable, it had everything we needed, right down to the headache tablets in the medicine cabinet! We were just 3 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We really did not want to leave, and plan to return in the near future. Thanks for everything.

We loved the house, it was very clean, and it had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Just 3 blocks to the beach. This was one of the best vacations ever, and we look forward to going back some day.
