Relaxing two double sized beds in each room with a living room (with sleeper couch), dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, full bath you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and reasonably-priced stay in Tokyo. This condominium is conveniently located in the center of Tokyo, within three minutes by walk from Nakano Station. It take six minutes on the Chuo Line from Shinjuku Station, the world's largest station, to Nakano Station. The neighborhood (Nakano) is full of small gourmet restaurants with great kitchen, grocery stores, laundry, post office, and charming pubs, and is an ideal location to have experience of Tokyo downtown life.

Nakano is located into the central of Tokyo, easy access anywhere in Tokyo. It takes only 7 minutes to Shinjuku and 20 minutes to Tokyo Station. Nakano is considered as quiet residential area, so you can enjoy life here as if you were local people. There are many groceries, shops, restaurants, bars and other attractive spots. It is in town, but you can have peaceful but busy days!

Great apartment!

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and were very happy with it. The two separate bedrooms and pull-out couch in the living room allowed three adults to have privacy. The apartment was close to the train station, with lots of restaurants & stores in the area. We were met at the station by a property manager (Makoto), who gave us a gift and was incredibly helpful and kind. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The unit was on the second floor, so may not be appropriate for people with some physical disabilities, but overall I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful family choice

We are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 teens that stayed here for one week at the end of March 2008.
Plusses:
-The price was such a deal compared to two comparable hotel rooms. Very comfortable beds.
-The place was spotless and the kitchen well stocked with anything you would need for cooking.
-The town of Nakano was great - good selection of restuarants all price levels - good shopping at Sun Mall - good location to Subway.
-Good support from management.
Minus-
The only thing we didn't like was that as a family of four we were allowed only 4 small bath towels for our entire week. There is a washing machine but no dryer so we really couldn't launder them and use them the next day. There were lots of towels there but they were for "future" guests which irked us.
Besides that we would absolutely recommend this apartment. We had a great time there and were so happy to have found it.
