House was designed for fond memories: There are a number of local and nearby attractions. I shall try to keep a book of some of the more popular ones. You can visit the public rest areas to find any I have missed. If you need something to buy there is the country store with gas on RTE 112. Home Depot and Lowes are in Littleton (25) miles away. Wal Mart is being built in Woodsville (15 minutes away). Right Aid Pharmacy is also in Woodsville.
Recommended eats: Woodsville Pizzaria, P & H Truck Stop in Wells River, VT. Plenty of Chinese restaurants in Woodsville. Shaws has pre-cooked chicken.
HOW TO GET HERE: To Get Here From Boston... 93 North to exit 32 Take a right at the end of the ramp Take a right onto 112 West (Lost River Road) Follow for approximately 23 Miles. Look for Mountain Lakes sign on left (just after Swift Water log style store) Left onto French Pond Road and go 1 1/2 miles Right on Bear Road and go straight past Haverhill Lane, past Wildcat Right at the next Haverhill Lane Left onto Hilltop View Drive #111 Hilltop View Drive To Get Here From Western Massachusetts... 91 North Exit 17 Wells River Right onto 302 East Right onto 112 East (Kangamangus Hwy) Right onto French Pond Road and go 1 1/2 miles (before Swiftwater Store log style general store) Right on Bear Road and go straight past Haverhill Lane, past Wildcat Right at the next Haverhill Lane Left onto Hilltop View Drive #111 Hilltop View Drive It Is On Top Of The Mountain
