Great Rental, Uncrowded Beach, LOTS of EXTRAS!

We have never stayed in a rental that had so many things! The owner thought of everything from the beach gear (it was nice not to pack chairs and sand toys) to spices for cooking and they even had garbage bags, dish soap, dish detergent and laundry soap--things I either forget or hate to pack!

Barrier Dunes was GREAT! No crowds and everyone we met was nice. The gulf front pool and beach were RIGHT there and our dog LOVED running the beach and swimming.

The home was nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything (and the stuff wasn't "well used" like many places).

We fell in love with Cape San Blas and Barrier Dunes and loved our rental--we'll be back for sure!

The property description was very accurate. The gated community is beautifully maintained with greenery, pet stations, and nice walkways. The townhouse was very convenient to both pools and the beach, very clean and well maintained, we felt like we were in our own home. Prior to our trip the owner responded to all of our questions very quickly and was very informative. We have only been home for 2 days and I have already recommended this property to several friends and family members. We enjoyed the beautiful quite beaches, pools, and the bordering State Park. It was actually great to be able to find wonderful accommodations that would allow us to take our 2 year old Pomachi puppy, who I’ll have to say also enjoyed the beach as much as our teenagers. Our vacation was as relaxing as we wanted it to be and we’ll be back.
