Use the free long distance phone and the high speed wireless Internet throughout the home. Kitchen has everything for your cooking needs. Light the fireplace to make the dinner romantic or take the dinner outside onto the covered, screened deck. Watch the sunset over the mountains after dinner in one of the four comfortable rocking chairs. Not enough? The heart of downtown Asheville is 1.3 miles away and the Blue Ridge Parkway is 6 miles from your front door

Each Bedroom 'suite' has it's own bathroom, comfortable bed, view and LED TV. Each bedroom is found on a separate floor so privacy is assured. We already have a Netllix account so you'll be able to watch all your favorite moves free of charge on the large 52' TV. Home has 4 LED TVS. One 52' LED TV in living room and three LED mounted TVs in all bedrooms. Home has been designed so larger groups can enjoy their time together and then have full privacy with all amenities at the end of the day.

Biltmore Home (5 miles from home) and the Grove Park Inn (3 miles from home) are some of the area's top attractions. The Biltmore Estate and its winery are one of the most popular tourist destinations in North Carolina. In addition, outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting, biking, running, skiing, climbing, and camping are numerous due to the closeness of this home to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is thirty minutes away.

Third floor has a queen size bed and futon with a full spacious bathroom and walk in closet. All bedrooms have amazing views.

We have tried several vacation rental properties in the Asheville area. If you don't know Asheville and want a great place to stay that is scenic and centrally located, then definitely book a stay at this property! There are views from each room, the amenities are great (especially the massage chair) and the property owner is wonderful.

WOW! What A View

Such a great location. Just a mile or so to everything in downtown Asheville but so secluded on the mountain you forget how close you are. The view of the skyline is excellent from all 3 floors. This is a great place for 3 couples; there's a bedroom w/a bath on each floor. The deck off of the living room (middle floor) is completely screened in making it safe for kids or your dog. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to prepare your meals in, but with so many great and affordable restaurants downtown we only brought in breakfast/snacks. Having vacationed in many other VRBO's that skimped on what I consider the "basics", I really appreciated having ample dishwashing detergent, paper products, etc. The owner, Chris, is a pleasure to work with too. We are already planning our next visit!

Location, location!

So convenient to explore Asheville and surrounds! Lots of local activities! We had a wonderful time! Gorgeous sunsets, just as shown in listing pics. Loved the fireplace! Owner was helpful and great to work with ...everything was flawless with rental details. Beds are very comfortable in all rooms, slept great every night. Lots of towels. Lighting was a little quirky ...occasionally lamp lights would mysteriously just turn off and then back on ... especially the floor lamps in the living room (my grandson got a big kick out of that). Kitchen and eating area were small but sufficient. All the necessary conveniences for a great stay. Great assortment of restaurants very close by car. A prefect place for a perfect stay in Asheville! Would highly recommend!

We LOVED staying in your vacation home and appreciate the ease of making our reservations and the quick replies to emails/phone inquiries. It was a pleasure for us and we will be sure to return soon. Cannot imagine wanting to stay anywhere other than in this house when visiting Asheville. It was an outstanding experience - both the house and the views were incredible! The screened in porch was our favorite place to be.

This was our second stay at this property, and while we really like the convenient location and the views, I have to say that the home was not as clean as on our previous visit. Additionally, the upstairs TV never worked, which, while it didn't really impact us much, would have been nice. However,overall the refresh/remodel looked very nice and the TV's in the bedrooms was a nice plus. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends; the owner is always a pleasure to work with! One final note, perhaps someone could take a look at the front door lock; to say it's difficult to lock would be an understatement!
