  • Cashiers check, bank wire transfer and Pay Pal payments accepted.
  • Payment for 50% of the total rent is required within seven business days to confirm . Full balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy. Payments refundable less a 10% minimum charge. Cancellations received 60 days (90 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to occupancy are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received 30 days (60 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to occupancy are non-refundable unless the property is re-rented to another party for the same rate. (Although every effort is made to re-rent the accommodation to another party, we strongly urge that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.) No refunds for arriving late, leaving early or 'no shows'. Reservations maintained on a first deposit first held basis and payment will be returned should the time be taken. Renter will receive reservation confirmation. Reservations less than 60 days prior to the first day of the rental period require wire transfer payment for the full amount of the rental charge.
