Great 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home only 1.5 mile drive to Okemo! (via back roads to base lodge no traffic!) This three level home has plenty of room for the entire family. The main level has a large living room with HDTV with VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and wireless internet throughout the house. Dining area that leads out to huge deck with a brand new hot tub seats 6-8 people , patio chairs, table and gas BBQ grill. There is also a master bedroom on the main level with a half bath. The upper level features a view of the living room below creating a nice open feeling. On the upper level there is two bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level also has a bedroom and most importantly a family room for the kids with TV, Nintendo64, movies and much more along with a full bath and laundry facilities.

Whether you wish to just relax or fill your days with activities this Vermont ski house will work out perfectly in any season. In the winter you can, snowmobile, snowshoe or cross-country ski right from the property and in the summer there is fishing, canoeing, swimming,and tennis only minutes away. The VAST snowmobile trails are accessible from our property. Skiing at the Okemo Mountain is within 1.5 miles. For the summer there is Okemo Golf Resort only 5 minutes away. The town of Ludlow is 1 miles away with its restaurants, stores, supermarkets & spas. If you are looking for outlets, Manchester is approximately 35 to 40 minutes away and is home to numerous outlet stores. Weston is 15 minutes away and features the famous Vermont Country Store and the Weston Playhouse which is closed during the winter months.

Minutes from excellent summer activities including Jackson Gore day trips, waterfall, swimming reservoir, lakes, fishing, championship golf course, and state-of-the art golf learning facilities (Okemo Valley, just 1.5 miles away), antiques, horseback riding, shopping, and more. Foliage season is also a spectacular time to stay at our place.

Great house with lots of space

This house was the best deal at Okemo. The deal included an extra night when compared to other houses for the same price, and there was plenty of space for our group of 10. The hot tub was a huge plus and the fire place was great. What made this experience even better was the communication with the owner. Every question was answered quickly which helped make the process very simple. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We stayed here with a group of 10 people in February, 2010. The house was wonderful, clean, well equipped, with a big hot tub and hot grill. The house is very convenient to Okemo. Look forward to coming back.

Great Getaway Ski House!

We loved staying at this well kept and decorated house. The location was perfect with a back road to get to the base lodge. The kids had fun sleigh riding in the back and counting the moose and bear decorations throughout the house. We stayed with another family and had a total of 9 people and had plenty of room. The house has a living room and family room which gave the kids their own space. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to coming back next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
