An excellent choice for a Cape Cod holiday!

I can heartily recommend a stay at Kare Not - it is a clean, well-equipped, charming house and really, really close to the (very nice) beach. The owners are extremely helpful and provide a long list of places to go, things to do, and places to eat and shop.
There are helpful touches for younger families, such as safety covers for electrical sockets, highchair, stairguard etc. There is an excellent broadband connection and a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are nice & work well (bath/shower in the downstairs one). Fans are provided in all bedrooms, and they do their job well. The windows all have mosquito covers, so they can be left open, which is great.
The only possible draw-back would be that there is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat nearby (on the owners' list).
It is worth noting that you need to bring your own linen & towels; the owners very helpfully recommended an agency which rent out linens.
The area is beautiful and charming, and one should not miss trying out the Sundae School (a good place to aim a walk at!) - icecream was our replacement for coffee, as we had a hard time finding any cafes. I would also recommend the book shop on Route 28; an unexpected bonus. The Port serves delicious food, even though the portions are rather on the large side! Sativa gift shop is excellent, too. There is a large, well-stocked supermarket a short drive away (on the list!). The whale watching tours (a 30-40 minute drive away) are awesome...
I would happily return to this house, and I would definitely recommend it to friends - once I'd made sure I'd made my own booking!
