We have a beautiful unit with a view that is amazing. Resort style complex with all types of amenities. Gulf front view of the beautiful beach from your private balcony and the view of Little Lagoon from your bedroom. Our one-bedroom, one bath unit is located on the seventh floor and is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor , all new appliances and furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you would ever need on vacation. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 27-inch cable TV, CD player with stereo and a DVD/VCR combo. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Perfect for a couple or small family.   • Once you tell me you Do want to rent, I will email an invoice and rental agreement to you. A $150 deposit that is applied to your rent and the signed rental agreement would be mailed back to us to hold the reservation.
    (I will block out the dates once an email is received to reserve the unit. I will hold the dates for 14 days, if no deposit is received in those 14 days, the dates are made available again)

    Your 'Balance' would be made 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will send you your entry code to the unit. (No keys needed)

Thanks to Kathy for the perfect early Fall stay at the beach. Weather was perfect! Location is great - far enough out to be quiet but close enough to be near everything we needed. The unit is beautiful and so are the surroundings. View of gulf was great but being on the lagoon is perfect for those who like to fish. Thanks for the great getaway.

We absolutely love staying in this condo! It has great views, comfortable atmosphere, and everything you need on vacation. You can spend the morning on the beach, hit the pool, play tennis, and finish the day fishing in the lagoon. It's the ideal vacation spot and always a pleasure dealing with the owners!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We took a mother/daughter road trip! We had a wonderful time, the weather was great on most days, we tanned, walked on the beach, and since my daughter is a teenager, I had morning coffee on the deck while she...slept! The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. Kathy is a gem to work with and returns calls quickly. THANKS!

April 9-12, 2009 I can not begin to explain how relaxing it was. This is not the crowded Daytona, Myrtle Beach, etc... The property is beautiful and has it's own boat slip and two docks. The pool is large and other than popping in on the beach I recommend the pool. However, for sand castles the sand is perfect and you can walk for miles if you desire. Although we did try many restaurants the best atmosphere was at the condo. Overlooking the Gulf and enjoying the views. The next time we visit I will bring my motorcycle for day trips down the beachfront.

This is our second trip back to Gulf Shores renting the same condo. WOW again! We saw dolphins in the ocean again while having our morning cup of joe. The pool area is the BEST for those winder/cooler days! The best food and dont forget to check out Scoops! Kathy is great to deal with. Kathy, thanks again for everything!!!
