Sea Belle Villa is a NEW ground floor, 1 bedroom luxury villa (1,105 square feet) in the complex, La Siesta Residence, which is a small private, 13-unit resort, comprised of two buildings that share an oceanfront pool. Sea Belle is one of 10 units in building A with direct access to the beach and pool. All are oceanfront with private parking in front of the property. This unit has spectacular views of Simpson Bay, the beach and infinity pool. Sea Belle Villa is a NO Smoking property with all the amenities of home--air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, comfy bed/pillows, colorful linens/towels and LCD TVs/DVDs in the bedroom and living room. This is our second trip to the island ---- we found no suprises @ Sea Belle . It was completely as advertised . A good buy for the money and every bit as nice as some more expensive condos. We would not hesitate to rent it again. Only problem ? time goes 3xxx as fast there :-(

We just returned from our first visit to the Sea Belle Villa and our expectations were exceeded! The photos were great but it is even better in person! So nice to have our own little getaway and not be at a big resort.
Thank you for such a wonderful time - we will be back!

This is a beautiful villa and the pictures do not do it justice. You have everything you want here...beach, pool, amenities, convenience, covered balcony. You do not need to bring anything including shampoo, body wash, dish soap, detergent, salt and pepper.
You even have high speed internet and the ability to call anywhere without it being long distance.
Would highly recommend staying here!
