Located in Omao district this area is truly the hub of the wheel in terms of location for all east, west and south side activities, nestled on a 1/4 acre among mature Papaya and banana trees, over looking tropical forest landscape, lush pasture with mountain views. With easy access to main highway, just minutes from Kalaheo, Old Koloa, Beautiful Sunny Poipu Beaches where you will find sunshine, diving, boogie boarding or snorkeling and you may see a seal and turtle if they are out. If golf is your game, there are three beautiful courses within a 15 minute radius. Is shopping your passion? Take a five minute drive to Old Koloa Town, a 10 minute drive to Poipu Village or a 15 minute trip to the mini metropolis of Lihue. Love food...there are many fine restaurants. Omao boasts a mild climate much cooler than most South shore locations. Perfect getaway from a busy lifestyle. Come and enjoy this beautiful area!

Romantic retreat

My husband and I stayed at this condo last October for our honeymoon. This condo was perfect for us, it's layout was simple yet it made us truly feel we were a local. Susan, was the perfect hostess and made sure we had an amazing time. The mountain views were amazing and we loved feeding the horse and donkey that's in the back of the property. The location of the property was minutes of Old Koloa town, Poipu Beach, and Lihue. Touring the rest of the island was a bit of a drive, thirty minutes to an hour and half depending which way you were going but we didn't mind a bit. All in all, we loved our stay and we will definately be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed in 1 bedroom unit for 8 nights and had a great time. The unit was clean and equipped with all you find in your own home. Swimming/floating boards and towels greately helped to enjoy the beach.
Location is within 10 min. from Poipu beach and even less to Old Kola. Airport: 15 minutes.
Before you book any tour check Old Kola for deals - big savings! Food is expensive so bring portable cooler ($14 in Walmart) to carry lunch if you on budget.
Great attractions: Heli on Hughs 500 (no door) - Inter-Island Helicopters $229; Catamaran along NaPali Coast - select small one to get to caves (Liko tours do good job, $140); go to the end on the North site: Kokee beach and hike for great views of Na Papali coast (be early - 8am - otherwise no parking; drive along Waimea canyon to the end for great views. And relax on Poipu beach - beaches are public even in front of resorts.
What you need:
Car is a must. Cell phone is critical unless owner would provide phone line on request.
If we'll ever consider coming back we will check this place first. And we will receommend tis placed.
