This 1 1/2 story executive level vacation retreat is available year round. The Beach House is also suitable for two families vacationing together or even for a small family reunion. It's the perfect getaway with something for everyone. The landscaped yard has both garden and grassed areas and trees around the perimeter provide privacy. Vacationers have access to the beautiful private sandy beach which is only a short stroll away. It's within easy walking distance located just behind the path over the dune to the beach area. Shopping boutiques, dining and all the other activities on Grand Bend's bustling Main Street and main beach is only a 3 minute drive from The Beach House. A taste of paradise

This superb beach home is located in an exquisite setting, it has all the amenities and more. The peacefulness of this location was truly an asset, yet you are still close to Grand Bend and all that it has to offer. The restaurants were excellent, my suggestions are The Oak Wood Inn (the outside balcony is breathtaking) and the Schoolhouse. I will definitely rent this beach home again.

This was the perfect location and house for our group to spend our annual "1st cousin's weekend" - there is something for everyone - Grand Bend is a beautiful little tourist town and the home is a nice walk to the shopping area and close to the golf course - it is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with lovely trees all around - a close walk to the beach - all in all, we had a great time - we even used the bikes that Brian makes available for his guests to use - we haven't discussed plans for next year yet - perhaps we will rent it again - thanx Brian - regards Anne

Excellent Accomodations

This upscale home has all the amenities one would expect in the area that this rental property is situated. Inside the open concept affords a large extended family ample room to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is fully supplied and the deck at the rear of the cottage is also large enough to accommodate a large family. The beach is a short walk from the cottage and to assist with carrying beach supplies a wagon can be found in the garage. I would highly recommend this rental property for any family that is looking for an upscale, quiet setting in a prestigious subdivision that is close to Lake Huron beach.

We just finished our second stay at Brian's place in Grand Bend. We rented the same house in 2011. The fact that we returned speaks volumes. The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It sits in a beautiful wooded neighbourhood and is within walking distance to the best beaches this side of Florida. My only regret is having to leave! You can sleep an army in this house. Each floor also has bathroom and shower facilities. If you choose to watch T.V., each floor has one (or more). Truth is, Grand Bend is all about the sun and water. That's why we keep coming back. We intend to rent again. The owner is very easy to deal with as well. He will contact you at the house to make sure all is well. Rental expectations are clearly communicated. Brian is very easy to deal with and his communication is appreciated. We can't wait to return!

Heavenly Haven

This luxurious and well stocked beach house was the ideal location for our family reunion of 16 people. The home is spacious enough that one can get some quiet time and at no time did we feel cramped. As people arrived at different times during the week they were amazed not only at the size of the home but also at the lovely decor, the setup of the rooms and the surrounding landscape. The location is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful yet not too far away from the beaches and surrounding tourist areas and golf courses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House and will highly recommend it to anyone interested in renting a property in Grand Bend.
