A perfect place for our family of 5

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was just as it was shown on the website and even better in person! Our kids are ages 8, 5, and 2 and the pool and hot tub were perfect for them. It was so convenient to have the pool right off the kitchen. And many pool toys were in the garage for our use. We loved the neighborhood pool as well. A quick walk to the pool was easy with the stroller. That pool is lovely with many chairs and shaded areas too! The location of the home is within a 10 min drive to downtown fernandina beach with great restaurants and cute shops. There is a great fudge and ice cream shop we visited twice! We loved Karibo's to eat outside. We ate there twice too! We have used VRBO for many rental properties over the past few years and this has been our favorite place! We would love to come back to this same home next year! Thank you for the great experience and great memories!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting! Kids loved the pool/hot tub. Short walk or bicycle ride to beach. Would rent again and invite the in-laws to enjoy the third bedroom!!

My kids and I had the most wonderful weekend at this villa. Everything is first class...from the linens to the mattresses, not to mention the decor! I truly felt like I was on vacation. I highly recommend this unit!

Great Honeymoon Destination

This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. The house is beautifully decorated, complete with towels, comfortable beds, and kitchen appliances. The bedrooms and master bathroom are great-- the garden tub is quite nice! It was so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in the pool and spa. We enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood. Public beach access is conveniently located close by. I highly recommend this house for a vacation or beach get-away to a couple or family. We were nothing but pleased with the house, and with Amelia Island.

A Very Happy New Year

My husband, 86 year old Mother and 2 grown daughters stayed in the Batten's home the week after Christmas. This home and the owners are top notch, they want your vacation to be first class. Eric,owner, is delightful to work with and I would reccommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Amelia Island. The pool/hot tub and all furnishings in the home are high end. My Mother wanted me to thank you also, and let you know how much she enjoyed your home. Thank you Eric and we will be back!
