This 3-year-old GORGEOUS beach home is located on the shore of Lake Huron and features breathtaking views of the lake from all public rooms. Stunningly furnished with white slip-covered furniture, nickel chandeliers, antiques, designer accessories, and beautiful wood floors. This sanctuary is right out of the pages of a magazine! The main floor includes the Great Room with wall-to-wall french doors to the terrace, fireplace, flat panel TV, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, and gas cook top, powder room and laundry area. Top floor includes master suite w/dead-on view of lake, 4 poster King size bed, flat panel TV, huge soaking tub, gigantic euro shower and walk-in closet, also on top floor large guest bedroom w/two full beds, lovely private bath with tub/shower. The lower level family room w/direct access to the beach is beautifully furnished w/2 suede Euro couches that fold flat into double beds, flat panel TV and DVD - doubles as a 3rd bedroom. GORGEOUS!

Brand new 2800 square foot luxury retreat is 3 short miles from quaint downtown Harrisville, where you'll enjoy antique and craft shows, weekly concerts in the park and a brand new marina all summer long. The area offers plenty of scenic drives, spectacular water sports, shopping and dining opportunities, but you'll be so spoiled by our beautiful retreat that you'll rarely want to venture out! Tawas, Oscoda and Alpena are short drives away should you want to catch a movie, go bowling or poke around the little shops... The new marina in Harrisville is convenient for sailors and there are several inland lakes nearby that offer public access for fishing.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cashiers Check or Money Order. $500 Deposit. $150 Cleaning Fee.
  • $500 Deposit is required to hold your reservation and acts as security deposit. Deposit is forfeited if you cancel your reservation or breach the terms of the lease, otherwise deposit is refunded within 10 days of check-out pending a clear inspection by the property manager. Balance of rental fees and cleaning deposit are due via cashiers check or money order 2 weeks prior to rental start date. Check-in between 3pm and 5pm pending rental and cleaning schedule. Check out at 11am. Cleaning upon check-out by our staff. Extra mid-week cleaning available if booked in advance for additional fee.
  • Cancellation Policy is as follows: $500 Security Deposit is forfeited if you cancel once you have paid your security deposit. Security Deposit is required to secure your rental dates - your dates are not held without the security deposit. The Rental Fee is due 15 day prior to the beginning of your rental week and becomes non-refundable should you have to cancel for any reason within 15 days of your rental. I have 8 weeks of prime rental time so cancellations come at a great cost to me.

Light some candles and soak in the 6 foot soaking tub, or clean up after a day on the beach in the gigantic walk-in Euro shower. Private walk-in closet/dressing room off the bath. Beautiful towels, beach towels and extra bed linens are provided. Wireless Internet Access throughout the home.

  • Gorgeous master suite with view of the lake from the beautiful four poster king size bed. Master bath is gorgeous with 6' soaking tub and huge walk in Euro shower. Go to sleep every night to the sound of the waves gently lapping at the shore. You will experience the best night sleep of your life! Very romantic and luxurious. All linens and towels provided. Guest bedroom with two full beds, beautiful linens, lovely tables, reading lamps, a dresser and large closet. Guest bedroom and guest bath are located on the top floor along and master suite and are also stocked with linens and towels. The family room located on the walk-out-to-the beach level is furnished with two gorgeous suede sofas that fold flat into double beds for a 3rd bedroom. Extremely comfortable, no bars poking you in the back all night! Dead-on view of the lake! Family room also has a game table, flat panel TV and VCR. Great kids or teenagers space.

Notes: Children will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is a gorgeous, designer home and there are beautiful decorative items. The beach is accessed directly from the home, walk out the sliding french doors on the lower level and you are there. There is a bonfire pit on the property and a short gently sloping boardwalk to the beach. 6 beach chairs & beach towels, 'noodles' and badmitten for your use during your stay. The home is almost entirely wood floors, only the bedrooms are carpeted, so this is a low allergen environment.

This is a beautiful, and wonderfully maintained property. We've stayed at lots of beach houses, but the view here was one of the most fabulous we've ever had. This is in a quiet area with miles of beach to walk. The only downside is a lack of nice dining places. But other than that, we would highly recommend this rental!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing week in this beautiful condo. The views of the Lake Huron were incredible and a nice sandy beach right at your feet was awesome. This place is one I cannot wait to go back to. The owner has created an oasis with great attention to detail. Some great small shops and dining right in town with more not far away in Oscoda or Tawas. I would highly recommend this.
