BEACH HOME, STEPS TO BEACH, 4 BEDROOMS

We enjoyed 7 days and 6 nights of great family vacations at this lovely property. The place is really close to the beach, and very close to both the residential and commercial area of Venice Boulevard. We enjoyed the roof deck almost every night. The apartment itself is well equipped. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested to spend days close to the beach.

My two buddies and I stayed at Mike and Sally's 3 bedroom 2 bath rental for a week that was nothing less than immaculate. The place was well taken care of and very spacious. All the amenities you can think of were there and that goes from kitchen utensils to bedroom/bathroom necessities. The free wi-fi came in handy for us to use our laptops along w/the Direct TV so we didn't miss Sportscenter. The two parking spaces are setup where you can park two medium sized cars back to back which was convenient.

My personal 3 favorite things about the rental was the the roof top deck, location, and the owners. The roof top deck has a grill and plenty of room. The view from up there overlooking Venice Beach and all around is priceless. My buddies and I went out there for the NBA all-star weekend so the drive from Venice to the Staple Center was not bad at all. The location was literally two doors down from James Beach (a bar where they shot a scene from "I Love You Man") and two doors down from the Venice boardwalk. Lastly, I can't thank Mike and Sally enough. This was our first rental and they made the process as painless as can be. I had a million questions before we got to the property which every time I had an inquiry via email, it was answered within a day. They really made me feel like I was renting this property from a family member considering how personable they were. If we have another opportunity to rent a place in the Santa Monica/Marina Del Rey/Venice area, Mike and Sally would be the first people we would contact.
