Thanks for considering our home! My husband Mike and I have been married since 1998 and we have two boys, Graham and Ben, and one little girl, Baylee. We've made a lifetime of memories at this home since we purchased it in March 2007. We've enjoyed a beautiful family wedding, holiday celebrations and countless family gatherings. When we're not in NH, we live and work in Florida. After living in Delray Beach in south Florida for 16 years, we moved to Fleming Island in the northeast part of the state in 2012.
Missy Biagiotti purchased this house in 2007
This house choose us! We fell in love the minute we saw it on a trip to NH during the fall of 2006. The Town of Warner was picture perfect and the people were so welcoming. Mike and I stood at the top of the hill looking down and envisioned our kids swinging in the front yard under the tree.
The house is a great combination of historic charm and modern conveniences. We love the complete privacy it affords on top of Pumpkin Hill.
We rented the Pumpkin Farm in May 09 as a family retreat during the weekend of our son's graduation from Magdalen College. The house was everything we had hoped for. The property was very close to the college, clean and well maintained. It was perfect! Our whole family was able to stay under one roof with space to spare. So much better than a hotel. The owner was extremely nice and made herself available for any questions we had regarding the house. If I ever go to New Hampshire again, I will not hesitate to rent the Pumpkin Farm again.
We had an adult family gathering over Memorial Day Weekend and had a blast. The farmhouse is beautiful, has a great kitchen and we all enjoyed cooking and eating until we couldn't eat any more!. Lots to do and see outdoors as well. The Henniker brewery tour was a big hit and not far to drive.
Homeowner, Missy, was very thorough in preparation and was accommodating to our early arrival and late check-out. She made sure everything was ready on our arrival. All-in-all a great getaway place for a large family or group of friends. We had a great time and would recommend Pumpkin Blossom Farm without reservation.
We searched for a property to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary and this was the right choice! 11 people plus an infant for 3 nights and a small picnic celebration with approximately 20 guests on Saturday afternoon. The owner was very responsive and made it so easy for us. The house was fully stocked, clean and comfortable. The rustic charm combined with modern updates makes it perfect. Highly recommended!
For my cousin's wedding, we wanted a location where the entire family could stay together in a convenient location. This house could not have been better. From age 6 months to 83, everyone had a fantastic time. My sons, age 5 & 10, loved the open space to run and explore. My brother, the chef, was in love when he saw the professional grade stove in the kitchen, and the rest of us were perfectly content with the natural beauty of the area. The house is beautiful with its wide plank floors, its quirky door latches, the extra acreage to roam, and the charming barn. We found no complaints and were sad when our visit was over.
Also, I could not be happier with the lines of communication created with the owner. We felt fully informed of the house's amenities and how to operate the various appliances. We had open lines of communication if any problems should arise. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience an historic house surrounded by the beauty of nature.
My family of five arrived at Pumpkin Hill farm for a long Thanksgiving weekend. We brought many kitchen items, not wanting to be caught without over the holiday.....there was no need. The house was very well stocked with everything imaginable, as well as being spotless and filled with sumptuous linens and towels, the dining room was also set with holiday decorations and table settings. The house is a good mix of period architecture and modern amentities. Our two teenagers and two year old were thrilled with the barn, the wild turkeys roaming through the property, and of course the large screen TV! The town of Warner is wonderful - we were frequent customers at the Foothills Restaurant and loved Mainstreet Bookends. The owners were very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a nice stay. Highly recommended!
Located at the gateway to the Darmouth-Lake Sunapee Region yet conveniently 20 minutes west of downtown Concord affords this vacation retreat the best of both worlds. We are close to both modern conveniences and the charm of small town life. Enoy all the area has to offer - skiing, golfing, boating, parks, antiquing, theatre, festivals, farmer's markets, great shops and restaurants.
