Architectural Details:
Designed by the well known architect Val Agnolli, Juniper House is illuminated by three 25' skylights. She has 4 levels and each level relates to the others, allowing you to stand at the treetop level and speak to friends seated in the livingroom on the 1st level. you will find a mastercraftsman's hand in all the details from the wide plank rough hewn floors, the sunset deck off the Masterbedroom, in the placement of the larger, secluded deck off the kitchen, the rough hewn 2' thick, kitchen shelving and in the twin beds built into treetop level windows.
Location and Access to Local Activities:
Located near the small laid-back village of Bolinas, which lies at the mouth of the Bolinas lagoon, this retreat is only a short, ten minute walk to Agate beach, a secluded treasure. It's Bolinas' premier sunset beach and a great place for beachcombing, finding agates, tide pooling, long relaxing walks and bird watching.
