This one bedroom apartment is located on the Upper East Side in a quiet, elegant building a short walk from Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and Guggenheim Museum. The closest subway stop is 86th Street & Lexington Avenue which offers both express and local subway service. The apartment is in pristine condition and offers high ceilings and ample a/c. The living room includes a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a large futon couch (that opens up to a double-sized bed), a dining table and three large windows while the bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee- maker and toaster. Additionally, the apartment has access through a private door to its’ own rear courtyard & garden area that is complete with outdoor furniture. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee in the morning.
