With a 7th floor partial Ocean view including Palm Trees, Park and Pool, the 'Four Paddle' condominium is a very private and secure residential building in a lovely neighborhood three blocks from the ocean and beach, It is centrally located in Waikiki, surrounded by fine dining, casual restaurants and excellent shopping one block off the main avenue in Waikiki.
This centrally air-conditioned condo has been luxuriously updated. From the lanai You may dine and watch fire works every Friday evening. Guests are provided with Cable TV, Music Channels, Free DSL connection, VCR, DVD, and CD player. There is a Sony LCD TV in the living room, plus a flat screen TV in the bedroom. The unit has a king-size Simmons pillow-top Beautyrest bed, and blackout draped in the bedroom.
The condominium has a large pool and deck with barbecue facilities, refrigerator, food preparation area, and a covered area with tables for outdoor dining.
The garage is secured and has assigned parking stalls.
A Guest who booked this Unit in early 2005 found it so enjoyable that he re-booked in 2006 for two months.
Beautiful condo. Very clean with all supplies available. We were easily able to visit family in Kalihi (even during traffic) as well as walk around Waikiki.

This is condo is perfectly located, beautifully furnished and has more kitchen equipment than you will ever need. The bed is comfy, the linens top class.
There are 2 problems. The shower apparently has a governor so that the hot water is, at most, luke warm.
We were never able to get a cable signal for the living room TV and our request for help fell on deaf, disinterested ears of the property owner.
We have just retuned to Australia after staying in Margo's unit.
It was beautifully decorated, had everything you could possibly need and Margo could not have been more helpful.

My brother and I had the best time and we loved the ability to use the blender every morning to make green smoothies and the BBQ facilities to have the option to eat in after busy days out. Your condo location is so convenient and construction opposite did not start too early or finish too late, so it never bothered us.
The appartment was exactly as pictured, beautiful, immaculately clean and close to everything. The owner was very helpful and provided everything you would need for your stay and more...right down to beach chairs and a trolley to take to the beach. We found the kitchen extremely handy for preparing breakfast (no waiting an hour for a table) & the washing machine and dryer means you can take limited clothes, leaving more room for all the shopping you will do :) There is a bus stop right outside Four Paddles that can take you to Ala Moana Shopping Centre, the Ward Centre and more (Bus 2, 18 and 19). On the opposite side of the road is the stop to take you to Safeway (bus 13) for all your groceries. Perfect location for walking to the centre and beach. Pool in complex clean and plenty of deck chairs and a beautifully clean BBQ area with plenty of seating. We met lots of lovely people at the complex who are only too happy to help with directions and information on things to do and how to get there.
Overall we rate this property VERY HIGHLY and would recommend it to couples seeking a home away from home. This particular appartment is probably not suitable for small children (cream carpet and accessories and only 1 VERY LARGE COMFY bed) We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.
This condo was everything our family needed and more! It surpassed our expectations. The location was exceptional and has been well invested into. Indirect from the hustle and bustle of Kalakaua Ave. yet within walking distance of anything and everything in Waikiki. To include several convenience stores for whatever needs pop up. We were able to see the Friday night firework show from the comfort of our own balcony.
The unit itself is secure, immaculate, extremely well stocked and so very comfortable. We wish we could have kept the bed for ourselves! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was convenient and very helpful. Another very important thing to mention is that the parking stall was assigned and included in the rate. This saved us a ton of money and the headache of trying to find parking!
It is truly evident that the owner takes pride and good care of their property. The owners were a delight to deal with beginning to end! They were responsive and their service with a personal touch, was welcoming, refreshing and very much appreciated!
I would with out any hesitation recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to booking again should we ever be in Hawaii again!
