Take Me to the River is a lovely 2 bedroom (King & Queen) 2 bath pet friendly river front cabin on the Coosawattee River. Managed by Sliding Rock Cabins, this property offers flat land to the river, fenced area, screened porch, wrap around deck, wood burning firepit, hot tub on the covered porch, ping pong table.
The living Room is spacious for 4 with vaulted ceiling and gas log fireplace.
The first floor is open concept with Living, dining and kitchen all within sight.
Coosawattee River Resort offers for free: 5 River Park for fishing with no license needed, a petting barn, suspension bridge and fenced dog park. PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.


An amenities card is available for purchase to access: $85.00 (1 punch covers four ppl-2 punches cover six ppl, total of seven punches) swimming pools, mini-golf, basketball courts, tennis, workout room, and arcade with: pool table, ping pong, air hockey and a video arcade. Coosawattee River Resort charges a $39 gate fee for all reservations, it is paid through Sliding Rock Cabins and we submit it to the resort. If a reservation is made within 2 business days of arrival, the resort charges an additional $20. Coosawattee River Resort has implemented fines for certain behaviors while occupying the cabin. These fees will be charged to the guest, and guests agree to paying these fines via security deposit or authorizing a credit card charge:
- Reckless Endangerment, trash, littering; $150
-Noise complaints: $250 and above
-Discharge of Firearms & unattended fires $500

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Fifty Nine Dollar ($59) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up.
