This home is a bright, spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath ground floor end unit with access to the front door directly from the parking lot, or to the patio sliding glass door from the pool and beach areas. Here you either relax on the patio just outside your living room, or you can stroll a few feet to the beach and watch the spectacular Gulf dance in the sun. The home was completely rebuilt from the slab up after Hurricane Ivan and it is 100% new in April 2007. Returning guests and many real estate professionals call this unit the best ground floor home on the island based upon its location, condition and layout. The complex is a refined residential complex that attracts discriminating guests who are seeking a true home in a wonderful island atmosphere.

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Pensacola Beach, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice unless firm booking and deposit have been made.
  • A reservation/damage deposit is due in hand 60 days prior to check in date to confirm booking. Rent is due in hand 30 days prior to check in. Contact the owner for cancellation policies. Deposit required for weekly rental is $200.00. Deposit required for monthly rental is $300.00. Deposits are fully refundable after satisfactory inspection after checkout. Minimum rental for any time period is $675; weekends and long weekends are not available. Weekly rental periods fall 'between the Saturdays.' Primary renter must be 25 or older. On-site manager is available for checking in and out, emergencies, questions about the home and area, etc.
  • Winter 2008 (December 1, 2007 - March 28, 2008):
    Week: $775.00 plus tax.
    Month: $1,250.00 plus tax.

    Spring 2008 (March 29, 2008 - May 23, 2008):
    Week: $775.00 plus tax.
    Month: $1,500.00 plus tax.

    Summer, 2008 - by the week only, Saturday to Saturday:
    Week: $1,195 plus tax.
    Month: $4,200.00 plus tax.

    Rentals are available for dates falling 'between the Saturdays.' (Saturday through Friday night). Weekend rentals are not available. Five or six night-weeks will be considered for off-prime weeks. Minimum rent for any time period is $675.00 plus tax.
