Every room in this house is extremely large and comfortable. 6 of 7 bedrooms have a full bath and walk in closet. There is a poker room with a wet bar and a game room. The back yard is a tropical paradise with a 63 ft long pool, a sun deck and swim up bar. There are 2 covered patios in the yard with a complete outdoor kitchen containing a barbaque, refrigerator and ice maker. The theater room can seat up to 10 people to watch a movie or sporting event on the 130' screen with theater quality surround sound. The beautiful dining room with its 22 ft ceiling can can seat up to 16 people. The master bedroom is extremely large with a plasma TV and surround sound. The master bath has a walk in shower that doubles as a steam room. The whirlpool tub fills from the ceiling. Enjoy strip views from the rooftop deck.

Best Famiy Vacation EVER!!

We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful home! The pictures are beautiful but do not do the home justice!! It was even more amazing and accomodating than we expected! Marty was an awesome host! He even went out of his way to deliver a brand new bed to suite our large group! Everyone was comfortable and pleased! After the bad experience we went through with another home falling through at the last minute, Marty not only delivered....he exceeded our expectations and we were able to have the BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER! We will definitely rent this home again and again!! Thank you Marty for everything!

My husband and I live in Las Vegas and needed a place to rent for a business meeting. This home is in an ideal location, very convenient for out of towners as well as residents. Lori was very accomodating and friendly...easy to deal with, schedule and speedy return deposit. Home was just as described and we will rent again!

Just what we expected

The home is terrific and was everything it was promoted as. Our experience from reservation through departure was hassel free. The personal tour of the house and explanation of the various bells and whilstles by Lori was most appreciated. For a leadership or business retreat or for multiple couples, this home is great. I would stay again and recommend to others!

Wonderful family get-away!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed a great long-weekend vacation at this fabulous Las Vegas home! Marty was excellent to deal with, was flexible and accommodating, and the house was beautiful. We were lucky enough to get great weather during our stay and the pool area was a huge hit. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos and we have already recommended it to friends!

Not worth it

After checking into the house I had to go to the store and buy toilet paper and paper towels, which should have been stocked. The game room, which we were so excited to hang out in did not have power or any working lights and the fire place in the living room was not working. We figured out early in the weekend why there was mouse poisining in the garage and outside, we caught 6 mice in 3 days (there was a dead one in the kitchen when we got there), I was afraid to put my infant on the floor. The spa stopped working so we had to call the owners partner who immediately came and fixed it but the owner was unreachable the entire time. Overall, the house was not well maintained and I would not stay here again.
Owner's Response: The up stairs laundry is fully stocked with all the necessities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc.) . Sorry you didn't see it. As you mentioned we responded immediately when you needed us. If you let us know we would have showed you how to light all fireplaces as they do work and flipped the breaker in the game room. I think is is unfair to say that the house is not well maintained, when it is completely immaculate. With the construction in the adjacent neighborhood we have had to catch a few mice.I apologize for the miscommunication I have been renting on homeaway for 4 years and this is my first complaint.
