Beautiful beachfront house situated on white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views. 9.5 km away from Chicxulub, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 30 min north of the capital city of Merida. This 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath makes this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 8 adults 4 children very comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beachfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bedrooms have a Queen-size bed, and four with two single beds. In addition, all rooms have Air Conditioner and hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta. Internet & BBQ grill rental available upon request!
