2 bedroom, 2 bath condo newly built condo. Just steps to the beach. Extensive ocean views. Living room has extended basic cable TV/VCR/DVD, fireplace, and 2 fold-up beds for additional sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped incuding a dishwasher and breakfast bar. Deck with gas BBQ, table and chairs. Washer/dryer. 2-car gated garage. King, queen, and sofa sleeper in the living room. 2 fold up beds for extra sleeping. Sleeps 6.

The condo was very nice, clean and had all the amenities. You are just across the street from the beach and have unostructed views as well. The Avila store below you has it all, so you don't need to go far. You are just 15 minutes to San Luis and 10 minutes to Pismo. The location is awesome.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
