Our gorgeous home is available for week, month, or weekend (during the off season) rentals. Located on a quiet country road on the east side of the lake, this brand new house has much to offer. This spacious, 4200 square foot home has 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and a loft with magnificent views! The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. It is situated on 2 grassy acres with gorgeous gardens and 160 feet of prime, level lake frontage complete with a dock. There are many summer activities available, such as wine touring, hiking, and boating. Come fall, fish or watch the foliage change. During the winter, explore local cross country skiing trails, snowmobile, or downhill ski. Or simply relax and watch the sun set at this perfect year-round home! This is the premiere rental property on Owasco Lake! *No pets or smoking please*

I just finished a fabulous Girls Weekend Away at this home on Owasco Lake. The setting was perfect for our reunion - we shopped in Waterloo at the outlets as well as the wonderful shops in Skaneateles, spent a day touring wineries on Cayuga Lake, ate dinner at the Sherwood Inn and relaxed in these beautiful surroundings. We could not have picked a better place and the fall weekend was beautiful. The house is amazing, and the owner is wonderful - right next door if you need anything and clearly takes very good care of the property. We would like to make this an annual reunion site!

My family gathered at this lake house for week of reuniting. Everyone really enjoyed the well designed and maintained house and beautiful grounds. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax. Just steps to lake, we fished right of the dock. We enjoyed preparing all our favorite family meals from childhood. The house was very clean, the service by the owner was amazing. Although it was hard to leave this gorgeous setting we did manage a fun trip to the wineries nearby and had a great family meal at Green Shutters and the Glen Haven. Saying goodbye was sad but we all vowed to come back.
