The Bailey Island Beach cottage is located on 2 acres within the Cedar Beach neighborhood. The property is secluded with beautiful grounds and a private swimming pool. The deck looks out on Casco Bay and the islands. Very easy walk to Cedar Beach-where activities such as sun bathing, kayaking, and swimming can be enjoyed! This home is great for larger groups: master suite on the first floor with sliding glass doors out onto the tiered deck. Second bedroom on the first floor. The third bedroom upstairs has plenty of room for overflow! The guest sleeping upstairs will enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and islands of Casco Bay.

This property is perfectly secluded to give you just the privacy one might need on a getaway vacation, yet still has access to the beach.

The pool is quite large and has plenty of deck space for relaxing.

The living area/kitchen in the house is most ideal for a large group of people to all be in one space without being on top of each other. We comfortably fit 12 people around the dining room table for dinner.

The property was clean and fully stocked with just about everything one could be looking for from a bread pan to extra towels and sheets to an umbrella for a rainy day.

We loved the house and would definitely be interested in renting it again!
