Enjoy all New Hampshire has to offer in our spacious 3BR resort condo which sleeps 8-10! Over 1,400 square feet with two baths and an open-design living room situated as the hub. A state-of-the-art home theater system provides evening entertainment. Sliding doors open onto a sunny private deck and, since it's a first-floor unit, the grassy backyard overlooking the Pemigewasset River. Deer Park is a full-featured family-friendly resort in a peaceful, scenic setting alongside the Pemi in NH's spectacular White Mountains. The highly-regarded recreation center overlooks the 5-acre lake, with indoor and outdoor facilities for your enjoyment. (In fact, other resorts are now trying to emulate its attractive two-level exposed-beam design.) Loon Mountain's terrific skiing is just 7 minutes away (under 3 miles). The ski shuttle stops in front of our building, and there is a locked ski closet next to the front door, so no hassles with lugging skis.

Wonderful condo and resort

An excellent place to stay. Check out the waterfalls, just steps behind the condo and a nice walk around the private lake. We enjoyed the recreation center's pool, and hot tub. The kids played racquetball and rented movies at the front desk and we all watched on the large screen TV. The place was very clean and very well equipped. The location is excellent as you can walk to the beach, play tennis right outside the door and walk along the river.

The condo is in an excellent location. The scenery is unbelievable! Accomodations are wonderful - condo has everything you need. Best place for a girls' weekend.

We have stayed at Deer Park before , but this condo was by far the nicest. There was plenty of dishes, great TV set, comfortable beds, washer and dryer with detergent an internet service that actually worked. I loved being so close to the recreation/pool/lake area and on teh first floor.

A great setting to relax with family and friends. This was really a great place to stay. The kids enjoyed swiming in the pool as well as the adults, they also enjoyed the pool table. We all just enjoyed the beautiful accomodations. The kids didn't want to leave on Sunday. We hope to be back soon and will recommend this place to others.
