PERFECT HOME WITH BEAUTIFUL POOL & ONLY STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH

From the very beginning of booking this house, Enrico was very helpful & accomodating! The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that felt VERY safe!!! The backyard is fenced, which is a huge plus with young kids! The house is stocked with everything you could need! No need to pack towels (even beach!). And the kids loved the beach toys that were there! Our entire party felt very comfortable in the house. Enrico was nice enough to give us directions to a private beach, but with young kids, we found walking to the public beach to be much easier. It was about two blocks away & felt like it was a private beach! We rented a car, but you almost don't need to unless you plan on doing alot of sightseeing! The only downside we felt about the house was that the pool was not heated, which would have been nice on some of our cooler days that the beach was not fesible with young kids, but honestly, that didn't stop them from getting in! Thank you, Enrico, the entire process was seemless & so enjoyable!

Overall the house was clean and in a great location. Our week here was great. From the start Enrico made it easy to book, easy to check in and he was there through the whole process. Everything that we needed was there, including things for our young children. All the extras really made a difference like the wireless internet, phone, TV, DVD, and the gas grill. The beach is very close. We walked there everyday with the small kids. The grocery store and the Dunkin Doughnuts were a 10 - 15 min walk but most of the time we drove. This area was great for the family, the pool and the patio made a great place to visit with friends. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon.

We stayed at this beach home last month for a week and just loved it. The home was beautiful and easy to care for even with all the kids. Opens up to a beautiful pool which we loved. We walked over to the beach daily, they have all the coolers, beach towels and chairs there so we felt very lucky! My husband rode the bike that was there so he could run back and forth when he wanted. Would recommend highly! They have the grill right there, what a difference from the frozen north!! Will be staying again! Thanks Enrico for a great stay!
