Walk to the south beach from this 4 bedroom luxury pool home

This was the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property, and it was just as perfect as last time. The house was clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well-equipped, pool area and lanai are nice size. The kids really enjoyed the bicycles in the garage when we took a bike ride to Mackle Park. We rented a boat one day and there were plenty of coolers to pack all necessary food and drinks for a day on the water. While we prefer to drive to Tigertail Beach for the bulk of our beach time, the house's location is perfect to walk to South Beach for sunset at night. A couple of our favorite restaurants are withing walking distance as well. Just a great all-around home with a bedroom for each of our 3 kids, which is always a luxury. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend the property.

This house was fantastic! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a 2 year old with us so it was especially nice to have a pack and play and booster chair there so we didn't have to pack them. The location was perfect, just a short walk to South Beach, restaurants and shopping. We visited Tigertail Beach one day and we all agreed we liked South Beach better, so we were very happy with this house and how close it was to South Beach. It was also great having all of the beach essentials provided - sand toys, chairs, mats, towels, cooler, and even a wagon to haul it all there! And for the days when it was a little windy at the beach, we loved having the heated pool right at the house! We had an awesome vacation and would definitely rent this house again in the future!
