This house provides the perfect setting for affordable reunions & retreats. Located on the beach block of 5th & Atlantic, this property has 4 adjacent rental units with private entrances. The main house is the featured 7 BR Victorian. Condo A is under the main house & sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, DR & large LR. For 2010, Condo A is being renovated & will have a new kitchen & dishwasher, full 'handicap friendly' bath, & a tavern-style dining room. Condo B is the 1st floor of the addition & sleeps 5 in 2 BRs with 1.5 baths, a small full kitchen (no dishwasher), a bright living/dining room. Condo C is an efficiency & sleeps 4 with a full bath & kitchenette. Our beautiful, enclosed courtyard with lots of flowers, seating for 40, & gas grill is shared by the condos. Also shared: 2 fully enclosed exterior showers & a w/d. Parking: 2 each for Main & Condo A, 1 each for Condos B & C. Our newly renovated & restored circa 1915 Victorian home offers an extraordinary setting for intimate ceremonies, receptions, & accommodations for 20-41 guests. The charm & romance of the Victorian Era beckons, only a block from the ocean. Your wedding can be on the beach (permit required, no fee), indoors in the elegance of an antique furnished Victorian home, or in our seasonally available courtyard, reminiscent of a French Café. Our lovely courtyard is fully enclosed with white lattice-work, furnished with lovely, freshly painted white wrought iron tables & newly covered chairs, lots of beautiful potted flowers & hanging baskets, tiny white lights, a small garden and a fountain. Your family & friends will have wonderful memories, while also enjoying a relaxing, extremely affordable, seaside escape. Fall & early spring weekends for the entire property begin at $3,000 - that's only $36.50pp/night! Late spring weekends are higher, winter is less, weekly rentals only in the summer.
